Offprints

Twenty-five offprints will be provided to authors free of charge. Additional offprints can be purchased. An offprints order form, which should be returned promptly, will be sent with the proofs.

The journal is included in the ADONIS service, whereby copies of individual articles can be printed out from compact disks (CD-ROM) on demand. An explanatory leaflet giving further details of the scheme is available from the publishers.
